Conference Pricing
Registration costs begin at $155 but will vary depending on your selection of accommodations, etc. Conference Registration fee includes all Registration Materials, all sessions, breakouts and workshops. Meals included: Friday Box Lunch, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Box Lunch and Saturday Dinner.
- Summit Registration Only – Non Coordinator: $185.00 ($215.00 after 9/14)
- Summit Registration Only- Coordinator.: $155.00 ($185.00 after 9/14)
- Add a Spouse $100 ($130 after 9/14)

Cancellation Policy-You may cancel your registration before 10/1/2010 and receive a refund. There is $5 fee per registrant to cancel prior to 9/15/2010. After 9/15/2010 A fee of $25 per registrant will be charged. No refunds will be processed after 10/1/2010.
