Dear Governor Hickenlooper,

I’m writing, asking that you prepare a vigorous defense against the decision of the Colorado Court of Appeals, which challenges the Constitutional rights of our governors to call for prayer. Appeals to the Almighty on our country’s behalf have proven indispensable throughout the history of our great nation.  Please ensure that Attorney General John Suthers exerts every effort to continue this great Colorado tradition of an annual proclamation recognizing prayer in America  Thank you.
