Map">The Berea Baptist church will be open for 24 hours starting at midnight, and running to 11:59pm on Thursday, May 2nd.
Volunteers and staff will be there to pass out prayer aide sheets and assist with any concerns.
We will gather at the fountain on 445 East Main st. downtown Bowling Green. We will start @ 11:30 with the circle of Good news (with 360 participants the entire Bible is read out loud around our town square. At 12 noon we will pray over the 7 mountains of influence of our culture. The prayers will be lead by christians who have authority in each of these area of influence.
Praying for a great move of God in America-an outpouring of Awakening and revival in our nation.

Church will have Prayer Rooms available for prayer beginning at 12am Thursday through 12am Friday.
One room is filled by church members that sign up for 30 minute slots to pray.

No pre-registration necessary. Get your assigned reading verses at the base of the flagpole at the Courthouse before 11:30 . Bring your Bible and a chair if needed.

This is a gathering in our community center to which area churches and organizations are invited. Also we deliver info to the nursing home, assisted living, recovery centers and churches in our area.

The Greenup County Prayer Walk is Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. beginning at Bridges Christian Church.
Please mark your calendars now and plan to participate in the annual Greenup County Prayer Walk, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at Bridges Christian Church. This is an opportunity for our community to come together in UNITY and LOVE and pray for our government, military, media, business, education, church and family. The walk will take place on the Diedrich Blvd. sidewalk with 7 prayer stations along the way and will end at the Advance Methodist Church whvans will transport walkers back to Bridges. A water station provided by First Pentecostal Church of Flatwoods will be available at the half way point. Prayer guides will be available.

If you are unable to make the 1.5-mile walk, prayer will also take place in the Bridges parking lot.

A call to prayer by the blowing of a shofar will open the Noon program. Area Pastors will lead us as we appeal to the most high God. Worship music will be provided. Bullitt Central JROTC will present the colors. The rain or shine outdoor event will be held at the Shepherdsville, KY 1st Street Park Pavilion/Stage. Bullitt County Ministerial Association has sponsored the event for the past 21 years.

As a community we will gather on the steps of the Spencer County Courthouse lifting to the Lord songs of praise, words of thankfulness, and requests for help, wisdom, and guidance for all leaders as well as our community. Let's come together praising and praying to the Lord for our leaders, for our neighbors, and for one other.

We gather at the Clark County Courthouse Steps to pray for our Country, its people and those who lead our community from the church house to the courthouse, from Frankfort to Washington DC and all those in between. We look forward to praying as a community for the Light of the Gospel to dispel the darkness in our world.
