On Thursday, May 1st millions of people from across America will join together to celebrate the 74th annual National Day of Prayer. Since 1952, the National Day of Prayer has been a powerful reminder of our need to kneel before God’s throne in the public square.
World of Pentecost has been in prayer for our local and national leaders since its beginning in 1984. For the past 18 years, the church has made a special effort to gather with community leaders to pray for each other and our nation.
In addition, every community leader receives a young prayer partner. Our children are learning the importance of prayer and an appreciation for the godly leaders we have in the community.
Please join us in praying for our national, state and local leaders and show support of our children who are taking time to pray with these leaders.
