State Events
Join us for a local gathering of community leaders and citizens as we call out to God for our nation, state, and the local communities of Altavista, Hurt, and Grit.
To commemorate the occasion the Historic Sanctuary will be open from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM for those who wish to come in and pray quietly.
At 6:00 PM there will be a Prayer Service held in the Historic Sanctuary.

A local JROTC will post colors. A local praise and worship team will lead us in music. Various intercessors will lead us in prayer during the hour. There will be a time of prayer for individual needs after the event. Please join the believers of Martinsville/Henry County as we lift our praise and prayers to the Most High God.

There will be a Prayer & Praise gathering with Praise & Worship & United prayer in our Main Sanctuary from 12:00 - 1:00 pm on Thursday May 1st National Day of Prayer.
Join us for the National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 1, from noon to 1:00 p.m. on the Shannon Airport Campus! With God as our audience, we are honored to host this gathering and invite you to pray with us for our community, state, and nation. If you can’t attend, we encourage you to pray from wherever you are.
This year's Halifax County/South Boston Day of Prayer event will be more focused on prayer. Community pastor led prayers will take place at three different times. There will be a light meal provided during each session.

The event is free and you are welcome to choose which session you will attend.

Join with local community leaders, pastors and elected officials as we worship and pour out our prayers to the God of Hope on behalf of our community, commonwealth and nation. Live music begins at 11:30 a.m. followed by the service at 12:00 noon.

The 74th annual National Day of Prayer in Lynchburg will be held at the historic Monument Terrace located downtown at Church and Clay Street. Join us at noon on May 1 for one hour of prayer and praise. Mayor Larry Taylor will read the proclamation for the NDP, to start our time of prayer, and a children's choir will lead in worship. Several prominent speakers will guide us in praying for various government agencies "and for all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity".

A LOCAL EXPRESSION OF THE NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER
THE YEARLY MEETING OF THE CONGREGATION!
We are establishing the Tabernacle at the Prince William County Fair Grounds for the whole region to come. Bring your Sons, your Daughters, your young and your old. We will will have childrens activities, refreshments, and engage them in the importants of community prayer. Children & Family form 5:30pm -6:30pm Childrens prayer and activities to follow.
Prayer service begins at 7pm-8:15pm with Worship and Prayer lead by Community Pastors.
The event will be held on the sidewalk and yard of the exterior entrance to the Sanctuary fronting on Atlee Station Road. If there is inclement weather, the event will be held in the Sanctuary.
Please pray with us in person and online, on the steps of our Sanctuary and/or our outdoor Prayer Tent. We will also have 3 Facebook LIVE Events throughout the day. We welcome anyone from the community! Come and pray with us anytime! ALL ARE WELCOME!

We will have live worship and prayers from church & community leaders! Bring a lawn chair as we'll meet at City Square Park in the center of Williamsburg!
